Assume twenty of one hundred assessed clients are flagged high risk. That is twenty percent by client count. It is not necessarily twenty percent of lending exposure.

Use Guidance eighteen b to consider what a dashboard communicates. Check metric definitions, units, reporting dates, coverage and data gaps before comparing sectors or periods.

00:00:38 An improved ratio needs explanation
Suppose the reported ratio falls after more clients are assessed. That can reflect a changing denominator, rather than lower risk for existing clients. Compare like with like.

00:00:51 Convert a result into follow-up
Investigate concentrations, reconcile missing data and assign an owner to each follow-up. Use the result to inform engagement and management decisions, with the underlying evidence available.
